We are a small rural practice and we aim to provide a high standard of individual care at all times. If you have any suggestions on how we can improve the service we offer please do not hesitate to tell us. We have a Patient Participation Group if you would like more details please contact the Practice Manager.
If on the the other hand you have a complaint then please address it as soon as possible to the Practice Manager, Ms April Futter. We will investigate the complaint fully. A copy of the Practice Complaint Leaflet is available on line or from Reception.
